Our Story
Peas in Pod, ECC Road Whitefield is part of a preschool chain that traces back to 2010, when our parent group first launched as an educational consultancy firm. That early focus on improving learning outcomes led to a natural expansion into early childhood education in 2016, and by 2019 the Peas in Pod preschool chain was born under Brainyflock Pvt. Ltd. — built on the same blended Indian-Finnish, NEP 2020-aligned philosophy you'll find at our Whitefield campus today. What started as a handful of playgroup children in our earliest centers has grown into a full-day preschool and daycare community here on ECC Road, backed by a franchise that now spans 90+ centers across India.
Our Journey
2010
Launched as an educational consultancy firm, dedicated to improving learning outcomes through expert guidance and support.
2016
Expanded into early childhood education, establishing NND & Sons Private Ltd, focused on nurturing young minds.
2017
Opened four preschool centers, earning the trust of parents and communities with high-quality early education.
2019
Launched the Peas in Pod preschool chain under Brainyflock Pvt. Ltd. — the same philosophy you'll find at our Whitefield campus today.
2020
Expanded further into the corporate preschool and school franchise segment, founding KSD International School.
2024
Grew to 90+ centers across India, spreading further into North India across Delhi NCR, UP, MP & Bihar.

Curriculum & Philosophy
Our curriculum blends the NEP 2020 framework with a Finland-inspired, play-basedapproach — the best of both worlds, guided by Finland's proven play-based practices and aligned with India's cultural values. Children learn through guided play, exploration, and real conversation rather than worksheets or screens, and we maintain a strict zero screen time policy across all programs. Progress is shared with parents through the Kindiedays app — real-time updates and a learning portfolio for every child — all at a price designed to be accessible, not elitist.
